Nissan Mechanic Challenge is a human resources development project that started in 2019. Technical staff selected from Nissan dealerships across the country and students from the Nissan Automobile College are taking on the challenge of the SUPER GT/GT300, Japan's premier race. Armed with the technical skills you have cultivated through your daily work, you will not only be able to contribute to victory by maintaining racing cars as a member of a team, but you will also be able to aim to acquire skills and experience that cannot be obtained through regular work. It's a valuable experience.

We engage in a wide variety of in-house club activities, including a golf circle, fishing circle, mountain climbing circle, gardening circle, road bike circle, and ball game circle.

We were certified as a "Health and Productivity Management Organization" in the large corporation category. In addition to implementing six health management policies and regular health checkups, we provide health promotion support. We have set up a consultation desk, so you can feel free to consult us.
